Disclaimer:
Our products at Stylin’ with Elle contain small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard. This includes but is not limited to beads, clasps, tassels, etc. While our items are created with safety and longevity in mind, no item is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. These items are not intended for use by children under 12. By purchasing you acknowledge full responsibility and agree all items set forth. Stylin’ with Elle assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Supervision is required. Buyer assumes all responsibility. Your child’s safety is our number one priority. Please regard these rules. Stylin’ with Elle waives all responsibility and liability to the customer once the item has been sold and shipped.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products we make here at Stylin' with Elle, all sales are final. 
There are no returns, or exchanges on any products. If you have any questions about any items please contact us by email or on our contact form before placing an order. If you receive your order and there is an issue you must contact us within 4 days of order delivery.

Refunds:

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be broken upon delivery. If you believe this has happened please email: stylinwithelle@outlook.com
The email title must read Broken Item and please include your order number, full name, and a photo of the broken item along with a simple explanation of what the issue is. Once this is reviewed you will receive an email back with a response. If the item is broken you will be able to replace the item or take a credit for the purchase price.
